Our team has extensive experience with 837 Claims (both 837P-Professiional and 837I-Institutional), 270/271 Eligibility Inquiry/Response, 278 Authorization, 834 Enrollment, 835 Payment, etc. We can help you with your own EHR software, HIPAA translators, or a simple tool we developed using MS Word and Excel to generate HIPAA 837 Claims and 270/271 Eligibility Inquiry/Response. Our simple tool – using MS Office software your staff is familiar with - could be adapted to other inbound or outbound HIPAA standard transactions as well. We can help train your staff on how to read the HIPAA standard transactions and provide tools to easily evaluate them to ensure fields are set-up properly.

• <H3> JCS can help you develop a Request for Information (RFI), Request for Qualifications (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of selecting and purchasing new software. We will then help you review the responses and provide a recommendation based on vendor responses to help ensure you are purchasing a product(s) that will meet all your business needs.
